East Providence, R.I. — The Squantum Association was the setting for the wedding ceremony and reception of Kendra Blair Coughlin and Jeffrey William Bixby on October 17, 2009.
Rev. Matthew Mourachian officiated over the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William J. Coughlin of North Attleboro. The bridegroom is the son of Mrs. Patricia Flynn Bixby of Norfolk, and the late H. Wayne Bixby.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless, ivory satin A-line gown embellished with Alencon lace and delicate beading across the bodice that cascaded along one side. The dress also featured a chapel-length train with beading and lace.
An autumn palette mix bouquet of gerbera daisies, calla lilies and petite roses, accented with hypericum berries, completed the bride’s ensemble.
Ashley E. Coughlin served as maid of honor for her sister.
The bridesmaid was Lisa Marino Phillips, a friend of the bride.
Brian C. Bixby, nephew of the groom, was best man.
The usher was Matthew T. Roberts, friend of the groom.
After a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, the couple is residing in Norfolk.
