ABOUT THE COUPLE
How they met:
Mark's twin brother, who was dating a friend of Stephanie's at the time, set the couple up on a blind date.
How he proposed:
Mark took Stephanie to Beavertail Lighthouse in Jamestown, R.I. He had taken her there when they first started dating. While standing on the rocks overlooking the ocean, he got down on one knee and proposed.
Bride's occupation:
Stephanie is employed by RIEAP Inc. as a high school student assistance counselor.
Groom's occupation:
Mark works for the State of Rhode Island.
THE CEREMONY
The ceremony:
Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Providence, Rhode Island.
The gown:
Stephanie wore a modified A-line gown with spaghetti straps and a bodice beaded with Swarovski crystals. It also featured a chapel-length train adorned with lace and crystals. A simple ivory shoulder length veil completed the look.
The bouquet:
Gerbera daisies, dahlias, spray roses, and curly willow.
The theme: The couple's wedding had a fall theme that included fall colors, pumpkins and caramel apples.
THE WEDDING PARTY
Maid of honor:
Kerri Urban, sister of the bride
Bridesmaids:
Sarah Strachan, Meghan Campbell, Lora Costinos, Lynn Falzone and Kerri Lanzieri, all friends of the bride.
Best man:
Sean McGehearty, brother of the groom
Groomsmen:
David Trainor, Michael Williams, Daniel Bourque and Darren Keenan, all friends of the groom.
THE RECEPTION

The reception:
Crowne Plaza at the Crossings in Warwick, Rhode Island.
The cake:
The cake was a three-tiered square chocolate cake, layered with chocolate filling and buttercream frosting.
First song:
"Lost in This Moment" by Big & Rich. It is a song about a wedding and it makes reference to the father walking his daughter down the aisle and since her father could not be there, Stephanie felt it was a nice way to remember him on this special day.
The menu:
Meatball and orzo soup, salad, prime rib, chicken saltimbocca, dutchess potatoes, and vegetable medley.
What made the day unique:
Having all of their closest family members and friends together in one place made the day unique. The couple loved seeing them enjoying themselves on the dance floor and being able to share our wedding day with them all.
Most touching moment of the day:
Stephanie reports that the most touching moment happened during the exchange of rings and vows, and being blessed at the church to become husband and wife.
Honeymoon destination:
Key West, Florida.
